Popeye’s Supplements is a Canadian brand that has offered fitness and health supplements for shoppers of all ages in 140 store locations across Canada.

For years, they did not offer direct sales on their websites. That changed when Popeye’s met with us here at Clever Digital Marketing for a strategic plan to execute on a Facebook, Instagram and Audience network with maintaining a significant profit margin.

Within the first year of our marketing efforts we, were able to achieve an overall ROAS of 8 for their business (Specifically Popeye’s Supplements Ontario). We continue to work with them and many other franchises now, surpassing that one year mark!

At the time of the emergence of Covid-19, we urged them it was time to start selling and marketing online. They hadn’t realized yet at that time the amount of success and revenue they were about to achieve.

Overall, after over 12 months of working with most Popeye’s Supplements locations, it has been a heck of a journey and a great decision by the Popeye’s Supplements team to push forward and mitigate their lack of in-store traffic due to the pandemic.

At first, we started with a great deal of emphasis on introducing not only Popeye’s online store to existing in-store customers, but introducing the brand and their products to brand new audiences. This entailed running ads about specific products, and what we like to call “value bombs” rather than going straight in for the sale. This builds trust and a longer lasting relationship with converted customers.

The corporate offices at Popeye’s Supplements understand the importance of a great offer when it comes to converting browsers to shoppers. EURO CHOICE WINDOWS AND DOORS - Lead Generation
Euro Choice Windows & Doors is a window and door company that has been providing European style windows and doors to clients since 1998. They are a team of professionals that take care of everything from manufacturing, customizing, and installing windows and doors.

After being in the industry for over 20 years they noticed they were beginning to struggle with acquiring new clients in the same ways they used to and began to realise that in order to grow their business, they needed to become more present online.

In June 2020, to create their online presence and accelerate their growth, Euro Choice Windows and Doors partnered with Clever Digital Marketing.

The company’s sales and booked appointments have since skyrocketed after collaborating with CDM and continue to do so now even 10 months later.

  • Landing Page

We designed and developed a landing page for Euro Choice Windows & Doors, placing hyperlink in all of our ads so we could effectively capture pre-qualified leads for their business.

 

 

  • Lead Tracking System

We created a shared Google Sheet where each lead’s information was automatically inputted and updated on an ongoing basis so we could monitor the quality of leads and adjust our marketing efforts accordingly. This also made it easy for the client to personally follow up with leads within the first few days of being acquired.

  • Facebook and Instagram Marketing

Our Facebook and Instagram marketing plan was split into 3 phases.

We began our marketing strategy by running ads specifically to create brand awareness and give their website and social media platforms some exposure. After about 2 months, once the audience was warm, we moved into the second phase.

The second phase in our plan was to begin running campaigns for lead generation. Within our first phase of testing, we had already acquired over 100 new leads for Euro Choice Windows & Doors in the first few months.

New You Cosmetic Centres are Canada’s leader in medical aesthetics and have pioneered some of the nation’s most sought-after treatments and procedures. They offer more than 30 quality services and lead the industry in laser aesthetics, body contouring, skin rejuvenation and anti-aging solutions.

Although they had seen great success in their industry, they were ready to scale and grow their success even further. They had tried digital marketing briefly, but unfortunately did not receive the results they had hoped for.

Fresh Foodie is a Canadian brand based in Woodbridge Ontario that offers the delivery of prepared clean, keto meals as well as keto grocery options to almost all major cities in Southern Ontario.

In November of 2020, the owner of Fresh Foodie, Theresa, reached out to us with the goal of increasing brand awareness and therefore scaling revenue through the development of an online presence for her business.

This brand has very specific geographical targeting and delivery capabilities (as expected with fresh food and grocery delivery). We wanted to ensure we introduced the business and their products to every qualified shopper in their service area to create their brand awareness. We could then warm up the cold audiences by showing them numerous ads without directly asking for a purchase.

  • Design and Test Multiple Creatives

As a fresh food and clean grocery business, the food is the main focus for the entire business model. Because of this, we knew there was a great deal of importance placed on our creatives. The meals and groceries needed to be the focal point and really draw in the viewer and attract their interest.
